This monthly support group provides the opportunity for stroke survivors to share their lived experiences of navigating recovery. Offered virtually with exception to quarterly in-person meetings, members can expect a welcoming forum to connect with other survivors and learn about community resources. Facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker with occasional guest speakers. Open to survivors of all ages and phases of recovery.
