Losing a loved one can be an overwhelming experience. CentraState’s grief support group provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space to connect with others and access resources and guidance to help you cope at your own pace.

HEAL is led by experienced social workers and welcomes all adults who have experienced loss. Participants are encouraged to share their stories and be met with understanding, compassion and support from peers navigating similar experiences.
