This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn CPR and how to help a choking victim. Participants will learn lifesaving skills for adults, children and infants, making this course ideal for new parents, grandparents, caregivers and anyone who wants to be prepared in an emergency.
What’s Included
- Cost includes Student Manual, which will be provided in class or is available for pick-up prior to class. For pick-up prior to class, please contact the Health Awareness Center at 732-308-0570, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.

- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on practice.
- This is a non-certification course.
