Learning Outcome: As a result of this educational activity, participants will be able to describe the therapeutic benefits of animal-assisted therapy in the inpatient setting and apply evidence-based strategies to safely and ethically integrate therapy dogs into patient care.

PARKING and Shuttle Info:
Thank you for joining us for this year’s conference. As you plan your trip to our medical center, we request that you park offsite and take advantage of our shuttle service to campus. Our shuttle service offers a reliable and quick way to get to MMC, while ensuring minimal disruption to on-campus parking for our patients and visitors.
- The shuttle runs Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 8:30pm.

The shuttle has a dedicated pickup spot in the parking lot “B” behind 435 South Street in Morristown, less than 10 minutes away.
- Directional signage is present throughout the lot to help direct you.
- You will be dropped off near the main hospital entrance.
- If you have a New Jersey Person with a Disability / Handicapped parking placard, please park on campus in an appropriate parking space.
- If it has been more than five minutes and there isn’t a shuttle to pick you up, please call dispatch at (973) 390-1947 to check on the status of the shuttle.
