This two-day Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Provider Course is intended for healthcare professionals who may need to respond to cardiovascular emergencies, including emergency, intensive care and critical care personnel. This course is appropriate for physicians, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, respiratory therapists and other qualified medical professionals.

Before You Attend

A current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required. Please Email>All participants must complete the required prerequisites before class and bring proof of a passing score (70% or higher) on the first day of class. Participants without proof will be rescheduled.The AHA 2025 ACLS Student Manual is required and is included in the course cost. Manuals may be picked up at the Health Awareness Center, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm or mailed upon request.To allow enough time to complete prerequisites, participants are strongly encouraged to pick up the manual at least two weeks prior to the course.Discounts available for CentraState and Atlantic Health employees. Men’s Health: Understanding PSA Screening and Prostate Cancer Detection Join Atlantic Health providers for an evidence-based overview of prostate-specific antigen screening and its role for early detection of prostate cancer. Strength training helps to preserve bone density, improve balance and mobility, as well as reduce your risk of falls. Stretching enhances flexibility and range of motion. This class incorporates gentle strength training and stretching to help maintain independence and health. Activities will include standing (seated as necessary) moves and floor mat work. Participants will need a pair of one- to two-pound weights, a mat, and a chair (if needed).

Designed for children ages 3–10, this one-session program helps ease the transition to big brother or big sister through age-appropriate discussion and hands-on activities. Children will make a simple craft to express excitement and practice holding and diapering a doll under staff supervision. A guided tour of the maternity center lets families see a typical hospital bassinet and the safe environment where newborns are cared for.

You’ll see our newly renovated labor and delivery rooms, along with our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level II NICU). You’ll have the chance to ask questions along the way, helping you feel informed, prepared and at ease as you approach one of the most memorable days of your life.
