A short-term, 12-week program that helps participants build practical skills for managing emotions, improving thinking patterns, strengthening organization and planning abilities, and enhancing daily functioning.

Children will make a simple craft to express excitement and practice holding and diapering a doll under staff supervision. You’ll see our newly renovated labor and delivery rooms, along with our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level II NICU). You’ll have the chance to ask questions along the way, helping you feel informed, prepared and at ease as you approach one of the most memorable days of your life.

Please note: This tour is for adults only. Space is limited, so be sure to register each individual who plans to attend. Arrive at the main lobby at the scheduled tour time, where you’ll be greeted by your tour guide and escorted to the maternity unit.

2026 Neurological and Neurosurgical Emergency and Critical Care (NNEC) Symposium is the inaugural continuing medical education (CME) conference as part of annual medical education series at Atlantic Health, directed by Dr. Kiwon Lee, MD, FACP, FAHA, FCCM, Chair of Neurology at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center and Director of Stroke and Neurocritical Care Programs at Atlantic Health. It is one-and-a-half-day CME course focused on how to resuscitate patients with life-threatening neurological and neurosurgical emergencies including neurotrauma, status epilepticus, brain herniation, CNS infections, brain tumors with severe edema and severe ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Program contents will be divided into multiple sessions each with its own medical and surgical lectures pertinent to the session. There will be a main session as well as multiple, concurrent satellite sessions to provide hands-on and interactive workshops. Breast milk is nature’s food designed specifically for babies. Breastfeeding has many benefits for moms and babies, helping reduce allergies, ear and respiratory infections, childhood obesity and SIDS. Breastfeeding also helps to prevent womens’ cancers and type 2 diabetes.

What can we do for you?

We understand families are adjusting to parenthood. Breastfeeding can be a wonderful choice for families and community groups can foster new relationships, provide confidence, and ensure breastfeeding success.

Breast milk is nature’s food designed specifically for babies. Breastfeeding has many benefits for moms and babies, helping reduce allergies, ear and respiratory infections, childhood obesity and SIDS. Breastfeeding also helps to prevent womens’ cancers and type 2 diabetes.

How can you join?

Our breastfeeding support group is for new mothers and their babies. The group is free of charge to join and participate, all we ask is for you to register.

Our lactation team has 30+ years plus of combined experience with lactation. The group provides Mom, baby and support person the tools needed to succeed at breastfeeding. Our consultants are part of the Atlantic Health team and you may have met them during your hospital stay. Our team is dedicated and passionate about centering breastfeeding around the individual family needs.

Weekly Outpatient Adolescent Neurodivergent Skills Group

(Mondays 4:30PM to 5:30PM).

A short-term, 12-week program that helps participants build practical skills for managing emotions, improving thinking patterns, strengthening organization and planning abilities, and enhancing daily functioning.

Themes: Celebrating Neurodivergence, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Coping Skills, Communication Skills, Social Skills, Challenging Negative Core Beliefs, Creating Community.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider trains participants to promptly recognize life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This certification course is for any healthcare professional including doctors, nurses, student nurses, physician assistants, dentists, paramedics or EMTs.

A tour of the Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center Maternity Center is included. This class should be completed approximately four weeks before the baby’s due date.

This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn CPR and how to help a choking victim. Participants will learn lifesaving skills for adults, children and infants, making this course ideal for new parents, grandparents, caregivers and anyone who wants to be prepared in an emergency.

What’s Included

Cost includes Student Manual, which will be provided in class or is available for pick-up prior to class. For pick-up prior to class, please contact the Health Awareness Center at 732-308-0570, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.

You’ll see our newly renovated labor and delivery rooms, along with our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level II NICU). You’ll have the chance to ask questions along the way, helping you feel informed, prepared and at ease as you approach one of the most memorable days of your life.

Please note: This tour is for adults only. Space is limited, so be sure to register each individual who plans to attend. Arrive at the main lobby at the scheduled tour time, where you’ll be greeted by your tour guide and escorted to the maternity unit.

We understand families are adjusting to parenthood. Breastfeeding can be a wonderful choice for families and community groups can foster new relationships, provide confidence, and ensure breastfeeding success.

Breast milk is nature’s food designed specifically for babies. Breastfeeding has many benefits for moms and babies, helping reduce allergies, ear and respiratory infections, childhood obesity and SIDS. Breastfeeding also helps to prevent womens’ cancers and type 2 diabetes.

How can you join?

Our breastfeeding support group is for new mothers and their babies. The group is free of charge to join and participate, all we ask is for you to register.
